Work Outcomes

Return to Work Programs are designed to help injured workers get back to work using exercises that simulate each person's individual job duties as well as a variety of other exercises for increased strength and endurance. The key to successful programs is to help people get back to work and avoid re-injury.

In addition to working on physical conditioning, return to work programs also provide assistance in other areas such as education of the workers' comp rules and guidelines and help with emotional and social issues that may arise as a result of work injuries.

An area often over-looked by those who have suffered work injuries is a person's ability to perform day-to-day activities such as cooking, driving, playing with your children, taking showers, getting dressed, etc. While attending these programs, you will perform activities that will help you get back to life as you knew it before you were injured.

At WOL+MED, we know that when you are injured at work, it affects more than just your ability to work. We know that it affects your personal life and your family as well. We'll help you get through those things so you can get back to a more normal life because we're committed to helping you every step of the way.
