What is Chronic Pain?
Chronic pain is pain which lasts a long time (over six months) and is not relieved by standard medical management. (Surgery, medication, therapy) Chronic pain may result from a specific injury (such as an injury to your back or knee) or an ongoing chronic medical problem.

Chronic pain often limits everyday functioning. With chronic pain, normal day to day tasks can be restricted or even impossible. Many people suffer with chronic pain, and do not know that there are a variety of treatment options that can help them live more normal lives.
