What is CARF?

WHAT IS CARF?
CARF represents the highest level of accreditation awarded to rehab facilities and reflects total conformance to the high standards established by CARF. An organization receiving the coveted three-year accreditation has submitted to a rigorous peer-review process and has demonstrated that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable.
WHAT IS CARF PAIN MANAGEMENT?
WOL+MED CARF Pain Management is a highly structured program with Medical Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Licensed Counselors, and Psychologists. CARF Pain Management is non-needle pain management and it is designed to help people in severe pain get back to work and on with their lives.
WE STILL ACCEPT WORKERS' COMP
Most doctors in the north Texas area have dropped out of workers’ comp because payments from insurance carriers aren’t enough to cover their office expenses. In sharp contrast, even with constant suggestions for a complete overhaul of the workers’ comp system, WOL+MED continues to adapt to change and welcomes injured workers.
Why? "Because we are committed partners with our patients. They don't quit or give up and neither do we. CARF has provided us the resources to offer services at a very high level that is unmatched in our area."
"Patients are number 1 and individuals are important" says Dr. Edward F. Wolski, MD. "We have a tremendous outreach of patients, some driving from as far as Oklahoma City for treatment. The word is out that we are dedicated and aggressive in achieving our patients’ goals of living a pain free life."
If you or anyone you know is in serious pain, WOL+MED wants to help. Call us today for a free evaluation and to find out more about our nationally accredited CARF Pain Management program. We provide free transportation, extended hours and same-day appointments.
